St Helen's Church is situated by the river in the centre of Abingdon, an extraordinary building which has been actively used for many centuries. We are a broad and progressive church with good facilities for children and a large choir.

Civic Service of Remembrance for those who have died for their country. Followed by procession of civic dignitaries and uniformed groups to the War Memorial. NOTE there is no Service at 10.30am and the evening service at 17.30 is a Sung Eucharist.

A very popular Christmas Eve Service for everyone, and particularly families. It includes the blessing of the Crib. A collection is taken for 'The Children's Society' Doors open from 15.45 We recommend you allow extra time for parking, if necessary.
