St Gabriel's Church is a Eucharistically based church in the modern Catholic tradition of the Church of England.
Our growing congregation is very welcoming and inclusive, representing the diverse community of the Aldersbrook parish. Inside the church you will find a peaceful and comfortable environment. Our open church policy allows visitors to attend between 10 and 12 each weekday morning, giving opportunity for quiet prayer and reflection, or a friendly chat and coffee with our church sitters.
Morning prayer at 8.30am and Evening Prayer at 5pm Mon to Thursdays in Church
We have a loop system for the hard of hearing and a children's play corner in the church.
St Gabriel's offers a wide range of social activities, a creche for Sunday service and an increasingly popular Sunday school.
We have Scouts, Cubs, Beavers, Guides, and Brownie Sections, and an "Art and knit and Natter Club" each Tuesday afternoon 2 till 4pm .
Fair Trade coffee and tea is served in the church hall after Sunday service. This offers the chance for old and new congregation members to meet.
