All Saints Roydon is a small quiet church using mostly the 1662 PrayerBook Services, but on the second Sunday of the Month there is an all-age service using an informal modern English, and this is the best attended service of the month.
Designed by G.E.Street as a Neo-Romanesque Church and built in 1857 it has original Norman doors.
If you wanted Roydon Diss, also in Norfolk, sorry but this isn't it, although William Howard does have a copy of the transcriptions of Roydon Diss registers, so might be able to help you! That church is St.Remigius incidentally
Roydon (King's Lynn) registers from 1721 are held locally, and you should contact William.Howard@dunelm.org.uk if you want to make an appointment to see them, or pages of the register can be obtained as jpg files for a small fee.
News of the village can be found on the www.grimston.org website.
