The Church at the Centre first opened its doors in 2005. It's an Anglican initiative that is open to all, but is especially family friendly, and accessible to people less familiar or comfortable with traditional kinds of church.
We have Sunday groups for infants, juniors and secondary age children, as well as time for adults to reflect on accessible and practically-minded subjects.
Small groups meet during the week, and regular socials give us the chance to invite friends and enjoy being together.
Our '7-Up' and '9-Up' groups for secondary-age youth has its own social scene, heading off to the Lakes in 2008, and no adventure holidays in 2009/10.
Highlights of the church include Storytelling in the Stable, held at a local barn, an Easter Chocolate Service and dragon boat racing.
