A friendly, evangelical church. Christ Church is a small but attractive Victorian building in Barnston village, surrounded by fields. The large congregation includes both established Christians, and newcomers finding their way into Christian faith. We have a range of services which reflect different worship styles, but share a commitment to applying the Bible to daily life. The church has strong links with the Church worldwide.

A traditional said service of Holy Communion. 1st 3rd and 5th Sundays: BCP. 2nd and 4th Sundays: Common Worship. A friendly congregation of 20-30, mainly older people.
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for 1 hour

A family-friendly service, with linked children's activities. Contemporary music is the norm. Worship and Bible teaching are accessible for newcomers. 1st Sunday: parade service with uniformed organizations. 3rd Sunday: includes Holy Communion.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour

Evening service
A service aimed principally at established Christians. The sermon is usually detailed and expository. Traditional music, led by organ and choir.
(2nd and 4th Sundays in Pensby) every first and third Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
