One of the seven churches of The Street Parishes. Described by Pevsner as "A sumptuous small Norman church, rebuilt without any restraint", this fascinating church dates from 1871 and incorporates elements of the original Norman church - the chancel arch and the corbels in the north porch are particularly worthy of note. Inside, a memorial to Hugo Francis Meynell-Ingram commemorates the benefactor who paid for the rebuilding. The splendid organ case by Temple Moore is a lone Gothic detail in this homage to the Romanesque style.
