Welcome to Bengeworth Parish Church, Evesham.

Our church serves a large community comprising the majority of that part of the town of Evesham east of the River Avon (see map).

If you are new to the area, or just visiting, please join us! A warm welcome awaits you: please introduce yourself to any of the clergy or laity at any of our services or, alternatively, please e-mail us.

Our ministry, mission and worship is headed by our Vicar, Revd. Barry Collins and a team of honorary clergy. If you would like to get involved in our worship and outreach in any way, please let us know. Similarly please get in touch with your ideas and suggestions.

Our parish is home to two Church of England schools: Bengeworth First and St Richards First.

Please contact the Vicar to discuss arrangements for Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals. The church is an ideal setting for weddings.

Our Churchwardens are: Mr Richard Emson (tel. 01386 45839) and Mrs Jane Richards (tel. 01386 870567).

Our Organist and Choir Director is Mr Keith Biggin (tel. 01386 710599). If you'd like to get involved in our music ministry, or would just like more information, please get in touch.

For details of special events and services etc. please see our monthly Parish Magazine, available from the Church.

Our Church occupies a prominent position at the eastern end of Port Street, where our spire stands proudly in views from a wide area: see Picture Gallery.

The main part of the church building provides a large, versatile and child-friendly space. It has recently been refitted with a new lighting system and comfortable, moveable, chairs. It also has a well-equipped kitchen, toilet facilities and a small meeting room.
