Our church is very much a church for the whole family, we are keen to encourage young families and we take great joy in including our older members in our acts of worship. There are often all age services and a good selection of midweek activities to suit all. We welcome visitors and new members to all our services.

Quiet Communion
On the 3rd Sunday of the month we hold a 9.00am quiet communion for those seeking a more traditional or quiet service.
Every third Sunday at 9:00 AM for ¾ hour
Family Worship
A very relaxed family worship service with a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs.
Every first and fifth Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Family Friendly creche Sunday School Coffee
Family Parade Service
A monthly service for the benefit of the 28th Nottingham Boys' Brigade which meets at the church. This is a family service in which members of the brigade are encouraged to take an active role.
Every second Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Family Friendly creche Coffee
Home From Home
Cafe style church designed to celbrate St. Marks as a community church. Join us for bacon butties and coffe, read the Sunday papers or join in the various activities designed with families in mind. This service is especially suitable for those with young children or are uncomfortable with the idea of 'traditional' Church. As our banner says - 'Bring Your Slippers'!

A fairly relaxed family worship time with a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs culminating in a shared act of Holy Communion.

Join us at Alexandra Lodge as we serve free refreshments to our neighbours as they stroll through the Country Park
Every first Sunday at 2:00 PM for 2 hours


Citizens Advice
Free Confidential Advice on a whole range of problems. No appointment necessary but arrive early as places are limited and on a first come first served basis.
Monday at 9:30 AM for 3 hours
Boys' Brigade
'The Adventure Begins Here'. Come along and join us for a whole range of activities from music and games to sports and craft. Open to all boys and girls aged 5 -18
During Term time
Monday at 6:00 PM for 1½ hours

Tuesday at 9:00 AM for 150 minutes

Lunch Club for the more mature in our community.
Every third Thursday at 12:00 PM for 2 hours


Stained Glass

Alpha & Start! courses are run periodically throughout the year in conjunction with our sister church.Home groups meet regularly.
