St Mary, Blakesley

About our church
Dating from the late 13th Century, St Mary's Church, Blakesley is built in the Romanesque Style and contains many beautiful architectal features, including the memorial to Henry IV 's bearer of the bow, and the recently installed Millenium Window, a gift of the village to teh church to mark the year 2000, which is of such quality as to be of national importance.

The Church has strong links with the community and especially with the village school. It is part of the Lambfold benefice.
