The church is open for public worship and private devotion. We welcome pilgrims from far and wide as we know from the many entries in our visitors' book.

Services are held regularly on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at 9.00am. The services are Holy Communion using Common Worship. We have an organist and services include hymns. We usually serve coffee after the services and all are welcome. On the 2nd and 4th Sundays there is Holy Communion according to the Book of Common Prayer at St Peter and Paul, Bilsington, also at 9.00am. On 5th Sundays, there is usually a joint service of Holy Communion at St Martin's, Aldington at 9.00am.

We are part of the Saxon Shoreline Benefice. The Rector of the Benefice is The Reverend Rod Whateley who is based in Hamstreet. He is assisted by Associate Priest The Reverend Martin Jones who is based in Aldington.
