St Nicholas is a friendly and welcoming Church
at the heart of the community in Bromham
The Church is always open during the day: do come in and look around, perhaps sit quietly or pray; or do please join us at any of our services.
There are always recent service sheets and other resources available which may be helpful and we have a well used Prayer Tree to which anyone can add their prayers.
We have a range of services which we hope offers something to the most traditional as well as our youngest members. Details of our these are given on the 'Our Services' link and are always to be found in the Parish Magazine and on the notice board in the church porch. Fuller details are shown in the calendar.
As well as the Parish Church we have the Church of St Mary the Virgin and St Nicholas in Sandy Lane, a small thatched timber building, where we have two 8 am services of Holy Communion each month.
We look forward to welcoming you

The service in Angell House takes place on the third Wednesday of the month, and is perhaps particularly convenient for those in Angell House, Highfield and others nearby. It is also a short service and a little less formal in many ways than the services in church. Why not come along, you will be very welcome. If you would like a lift to Angell House please speak to Moya Wallis

Bell Ringing at St Nicholas Church Practice night is on Thursday from 7.30 – 9.00pm. Visitors welcome – ringers and non-ringers alike. Access to the tower is behind the church (on the north side) by the Thomas Moore memorial. Why not come and see us in action and maybe have a go yourself?

Friday
We usually practice at 6.30 pm on Fridays and sing for Sunday 9.30/11.15 am services, Evensong (usually once a month) and occasionally for other services There are also some other opportunities to sing together with other choirs during the year. We have a four part (SATB) choir of about 15 women and men of all ages and would be delighted for any singers to join us. It is not essential to be able to read music, just to enjoy singing. Please talk to anyone in the choir or to John Iles (07879 995013) or Michael Armstrong (01380 850345) if you would like more details.
