Buckland-in-Dover: St Andrew

Welcome to the Church of England Parish of Buckland-in-Dover St Andrew with St Nicholas Buckland Valley.  We are a welcoming, inclusive church serving the communities of St Radigund's, Buckland estate and Crabble.  St Andrew's church is our main parish church, many people have family connections to the church which still receives many requests for weddings and christenings.

Christians have gathered on this site since the earliest of times; our worship is influenced by the Anglo-Catholic liturgical traditions and includes lay-led services as well as the Eucharist.  Our other church is St Nicholas situated on the Buckland estate and is home to the Buckland and Whitfield Children's Centre (we no longer hold regular services there).

Our main Sunday service is at 10.30am - normally a Parish Eucharist.

As a parish we are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults (see our safeguarding page for more details).  If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the Diocesan or Parish Safeguarding Adviser.  If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
