Little Fishes is a fun playgroup for babies and toddlers up to 5 years old, accompanied by parents, grandparents and carers. The group has been running for over 10 years and offers everyone the chance to meet new local people.

Each week begins with free play, followed by a story, a craft and snack time, finishing with music and singing.

We don't always stay in the hall, occasionally we organise an outing, whether it's a walk and picnic in the woods, a trip to the park or an Easter egg hunt! If the weather is good, we try to extend the play area outside which all the children enjoy.

Tea and coffee is provided for all adults and water or squash for the children, with fruit and biscuits at snack time.

We ask for £2 per child each week to cover the cost of the hall hire and snack. If you are new to us, please come along for a free taster session. We would love to meet you.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Calstone Wellington: St Mary the Virgin is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Salisbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
