Ancient Church, a place of worship since 4th Century, with Roman, Saxon and Norman stonework in an attractive old village setting. Famous Norman tower and lovely medieval Angel Roof. Historic Shrine of Our Lady & St Kyneburgha still used today. Visitors, wayfarers and pilgrims always welcome to this holy site. Picnic places and WCs in the churchyard. We have a new Church Hall - the Cedar Centre- with all mod cons 20 yards from the church available for use and hire. Pilgrim/visiting parties/Quiet Days welcome and catered for with meals. Good pubs close by. Traditional but lively and active Anglican parish church with popular social activities, highly involved in the local village. Good church school in the churchyard.
