St Werburgh's is a parish church serving the community on the eastern side of Chorlton cum Hardy and in the southern part of Whalley Range.
In addition to its primary purpose for worship the church is available for concerts and exhibitions.
We also run a Community Hall next to the church which has three rooms and a stage for hire. We welcome both single and repeat bookings.

Saturday Live @ Five
An opportunity for informal worship for families who find it difficult to keep Sunday Special. The 20 minute informal worship is preceded by refreshments. There is a Children's Club before the service beginning at 4 pm.
Every Saturday at 5:00 PM for 20 minutes

A family friendly informal service sometimes accompanied by our Children's band. Normally takes place on ther first Sunday of each month except for March and April when there is All Age Worship on Mothering Sunday (22nd March) and Easter Day (12th April)

Intended for young people 3- 13 the Geese and Goslings Club meets each week in the Church Hall. The children join the main eucharist at the Peace. Children are involved in craft, bible based quizzes, fun and fellowship.
