Morning worship

Occuring
Every Second, Fourth Sunday at for 1 hour
Venue
Holy Trinity Langdale
Address
CHAPEL STILE Langdale Ambleside, LA229JJ, United Kingdom

This service is designed to appeal to a wide variety of people of all denominational backgrounds - partly because we are now the only Christian church which remains in this valley. We follow Lectionary readings, and aim to breathe new life into the traditional forms. Communion is served on the second and fourth Sundays of each month (as well as at Christmas, Maundy Thursday, Easter and Pentecost) and open to all who follow Jesus. There is a space at the back with toys and suitable books where parents can take younger children. Walkers are most welcome - as are stockinged feet if they feel boots are dirty. We regularly have dogs in the congregation. Light refreshments are served after each service to which all are most welcome.
