St James Alperton

Welcome to St. James  Alperton Family

At St James, we are a welcoming Christian community made up of people from many cultures, languages, and generations.
We are united by God’s love, rooted in Jesus Christ, and shaped by prayer, Scripture, and the renewing work of the Holy Spirit.

Our diversity is one of God’s gifts to us which make who we are. We believe church is not just a place where different people only sit side by side, but a family where we learn from one another,
worship together, are shaped by one another, and engage in God’s mission together.

In our worship, we pray, read the Bible, and sing in different languages and from different cultures,
including English, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic, and other languages spoken by members of our church family.

We want St James to be a living sign of God’s welcome — “a house of prayer for all nations” (Isaiah 56:7) — where everyone can find belonging, friendship, and space to grow closer to God, to one another, and to the calling God has placed on their lives.

Come and join us at:-
