Thurcroft Big Local have purchased and dedicated a bench in memory of Rev Tim Leach who died on 9th January 2023.

This was in recognition of all the hard work, help, support and advice he gave to our church and the village community after Tim and his wife Moira retired to Thurcroft in 2008. 

 Rev Miranda Hayes blessed the bench in a beautiful little service on a glorious, yet utterly freezing day on Wednesday 29th November 2023, which was so moving.  

When you next walk by the bench, take a moment to sit and think of Tim as you take in the view of Thurcroft's Church.
