Thank you to Jonathan and Kate Bailey who have sponsored the floodlights on the 27th and 28th October, to celebrate Jonathan’s father, Richard Bailey’s, 80th birthday.  

​At a time of increasing uncertainty, the cost of electricity has increased for everyone and, to help reduce the Minster’s bill, we are asking for support to showcase the building’s magnificence under floodlights.

If you would like to support, the cost to light the Minster is £25 for one night or £150 for a week. You could do this in memory of a loved one, to celebrate a special occasion or to maintain the building under floodlights so it can be seen illuminating the night sky. This can be acknowledged in the weekly service sheet, website and social media should you wish.

Please collect a form from the Nave crossing and help offset the cost of the floodlighting or click on the link above to download a copy.
