All the old fixtures and fittings have been removed, the floor has now been re-laid as specified in the faculty for this work, a new energy efficient boiler installed, and the ground level outside lowered to below the level of the floor.

Much remains to be done, with the re-plastering and decoration of the walls, and installation of new units and sink being the nest stage.

The area for the new toilet has been partitioned off.  Installation will be in the final phase of the work programme
