St Peter's Church is facing a bill for over £35,000 for essential stonework repairs. These will start in April 2024. Several areas of stonework have been eroded and need cutting out and replacing, together with damp problems in some internal walls and floors. We are grateful to have received the following grants: Garfield Weston Foundation (£4,000), Horace Taylor Trust (£2,500) and the Benefact Trust (£1,750). Our own fundraising and donations from the Friends of St Peter's have raised around £18,000.
