As a wider community and local congregation in Burghfield, we mourn with the rest of our country on the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We give thanks for her long life of humble service, her deep committed faith and the example she set for us all. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
Please note that our church is open for prayer through these next ten days of mourning. We have placed a ‘Book of Condolence’ for messages, and candles which can be lit in church, as well as the wooden cross placed outside where any floral tributes may be placed. All these are available for anyone in Burghfield, or if they are passing through to offer their prayers or personal tributes.
