On Saturday 12th May 1934, The Right Rev’d George Bell, Bishop of Chichester, consecrated St Richard’s Church. On our 90th anniversary, on Sunday 12th May, our services will be a celebration of this significant milestone. In honour of this, we have decided to move ‘Lunch on Sunday’ from the first Sunday, to Sunday 12th, so that the whole parish, along with friends and family, will have the opportunity to continue the celebrations together over a meal. To further enable everyone to come together and feel a part of the occasion this will be a ‘Bring and Share Lunch’. There are sheets at the back of St Richard’s to sign-up to come and to offer a contribution towards the meal. We look forward to this being a joyous occasion.
