We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our prayers are joined with those across the Church, and the world, for her family and those who care for her. Throughout her remarkable life the Queen has been a staunch defender of the faith, and a faithful follower of Jesus. She has led her country with dignity and grace in times of adversity and of peace, for more than 70 years. During her marriage to the Duke of Edinburgh she has raised four children, and welcomed grandchildren and great-grandchildren to the Royal Family.Her Majesty has continued serving, even past her 96th birthday, and has been a continuing light and source of pride to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.St Marys church will be open as usual during the daytime and there are pages from the  Book of Condolence if you would like to add your name.
