St John's is a friendly evangelical Anglican church looking to welcome people of all ages and traditions. We seek to be a church serving our village community and making disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our service styles vary, with Sunday mornings at 9:15am being a quiet service with a recognizably Anglican feel. Our 10:30am service combines the best of traditional and contemporary worship, and we have a traditional BCP communion on Thursday mornings.
We have thriving children and youth groups including messy church for parents with children up to 11, several homegroups, two Mother's Union groups, and a men's group. We run a Discovering Christianity course called "Start", and offer courses looking at the basics of the Christian faith, including Alpha and Christianity Explored.
We run the Marriage Course, Marriage Preparation Course, a parenting course, the CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Money course and work closely with the church school.
