Welcome to Colwich Parish Church, serving the communities of Colwich, Little Haywood, Bishton and Wolseley Bridge, together with anyone else who wishes to join us.
There are services in church every Sunday, with most of our worship following traditional Anglican patterns in ways that are, to quote one observer, 'relaxed, but with depth'. Perhaps our most relaxed service is the monthly Prayz 'nd Play from 9.45 am on the first Sunday of each month, which combines crafts and activities with more traditional elements to provide an act (and actions) of worship for all ages. If you prefer something quieter, there is the 8.00 am service (1st and 3rd Sundays) which is a said service using the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer.
Other regular events include Coffee and Fun (a weekly drop-in for young children and their carers) on Fridays in term time and a Community Lunches on the first Tuesday of most months. Home Groups meet in six-week cycles three or four times a year and we have excellent links with Colwich Primary School. You can find more details of our activities using the Services and Events tab above, and in our Colwich Calendar.
You are very welcome to come and join us on any Sunday. Alternatively, if you would like to talk to us about a Baptism or a Wedding, or anything else for that matter, you can send us an email, or call the Revd Mark Davys on 01889 883722 or the Revd Pam Merriott on 01889 883610. We look forward to welcoming you in person.
