There's been a church in Compton Dando since 1143. We have a medieval tower and a peel of 6 bells which are rung regularly. We've just installed a ringing floor in the tower and installed a kitchen in the base of the tower. Our next project is to replace the very old Central Heating boiler and put in some more radiators to keep us a bit more comfortable in the winter months.
We've put smartwater on all our valuables and lead roofing and coated all our downpipes with anti theft paint. The church is floodlit from dusk to dawn
