Traditional language Communion Service with sermon
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ¾ hour
A friendly Sunday morning Communion service.
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
A friendly, informal service in the parish centre with songs and a talk. Runs in parallel with the regular service in the church
Every fourth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Every third Sunday at 12:30 PM for 1½ hours
Monday
follows the Franciscan "Celebrating Common Prayer"
Every Monday at 8:15 AM for ½ hour
A friendly women's fellowship meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month in our new Church Centre in Beauchamp Lane
Monthly every third Monday at 2:30 PM for 1½ hours
Tuesday

Every Tuesday at 8:15 AM for ½ hour
Seashells, a friendly new baby and toddler group in St James Church Centre, Beauchamp Lane, Cowley on Tuesday mornings (10.00-11.30 am)
During term time every Tuesday at 10:00 AM for 1½ hours
A friendly mid-week Eucharist followed by a lunch in the church centre
Every Tuesday at 12:00 PM for ½ hour
A drop-in Lunch - soup, sandwiches, cakes and hot drinks at modest prices
Every Tuesday at 12:30 PM for 1 hour
Wednesday
follows the Franciscan "Celebrating Common Prayer"
Every Wednesday at 8:15 AM for ½ hour
Thursday
follows the Franciscan "Celebrating Common Prayer"
Every Thursday at 8:15 AM for ½ hour
The venue alternates between St Francis' Headington and St James Cowley every first Thursday at 7:30 PM
Friday
follows the Franciscan "Celebrating Common Prayer"
Every Friday at 8:15 AM for ½ hour
A friendly senior citizens' Bingo Club with small prizes. Great fun!
Every Friday at 2:00 PM for 2 hours

Every Friday at 5:00 PM for 20 minutes

Government agrees £30m extra to resolve VAT concerns
The Church of England has welcomed today's agreement with the Government over the future funding of alterations and repairs to its 12,500 listed buildings, which will provide £30 million a year extra money.
