Priest-in-Charge: Fr David Charles.
St. Bartholomew's, or St. Bart's as it is known locally, was once called "The Church in the Woods", prior to the great storm of 1987, being almost completely hidden under the trees. It is a Chapel of Ease to All Saints, Waldron, having been built in 1863 to act as the parish church during the restoration and enlargement of All Saints. It is an archetypal Victorian Nave and Sanctuary building with a unique atmosphere.The church enjoys a fine choral and musical tradition.
Fr. David preaches at most Sunday services, assisted throughout the year by Fr Peter Jameson rtd. and Canon Paul Cox rtd. as well as the Parish Readers.
