St. Matthew's is an active Anglican parish church in the residential district of Southern Croydon in South London. If you live in, or are visiting our area, we would be delighted if you would visit us. As well as religious services, we hold a wide range of activities at the church, suiting all ages and tastes. Music is a strong feature of our worship, we have a Youth Club, a crèche during family services and other groups for children and young people.

Regular Services

Sunday

Holy Communion
A quiet, said service with a sermon.
Every Sunday at 8:30 AM for ¾ hour

Parish communion
with music, the choir and children's clubs: there is a crèche for small children.
Every first third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:00 AM

Family Service with Holy Communion
For this service we are joined (during the school year) by the Cubs, Guides, Brownies and Beavers. Services are less formal on these days!
Every second Sunday at 10:00 AM
