Culbone Church

Everyone is welcome to this unique, historic church. It has been here for more than a thousand years, and still provides a warm welcome to locals and visitors alike. Today, Holy Communion is celebrated (usually) on the first Sunday of the month - and festivals such as Easter are, of course, observed.

Best to walk from Porlock Weir (allow 1 hour) OR drive up above the church - turn north from A39 at the Culbone Stables - and park just before Silcombe Farm and take the signposted path down to the church (25 mins walk from car parking spaces) Culbone Porlock, TA248PQ, United Kingdom

It's a wonderful walk through Culbone Woods to this beautiful, remote little church. Everyone welcome - and especially dogs!
