There has been Christian worship at Dundry parish church for at least 700 years, and we continue to hold the thread of prayer, asking for God’s peace for all who live or visit here. This is very much a living church where all ages are warmly welcome. We seek to build a happy community as we serve God and one another. We live and are guided and inspired by the light and life of Jesus Christ, shaping all we do on his pattern.
Located at the top of Dundry Hill, with beautiful views from the village across Bristol and towards Wales, the tower of St Michael can clearly be seen from many parts of the City.
There is a warm welcome for everyone at all our services. For families with children, toddler toys are available at the back of the church.
We also meet every fourth Thursday of the month at The Old Schoolroom, Chew Magna for Filling Station: informal worship, modern songs, inspirational speakers – and coffee and cakes, of course!
