Holy Trinity & St Jude's

Welcome to Holy Trinity & St. Jude’s, Halifax

We are a vibrant Christian family at the heart of our local community on and around Savile Park, worshipping in our main church building -  St. Jude's Church, and reaching out to our community through our church hall also on the same site.

We welcome young and old, the noisy and the quiet, families of all shapes and sizes or just on your own. We value sounds and silence, words and action, the old and the new, the formal and the informal.

Our worship draws on a number of different traditions, visitors can expect a warm welcome at any and all of our services.

Our work within the community is inclusive and collabrative, you'll find more details in our calendar and organisations pages.

**Please note, due to the pandemic all regular services in church are currently suspended. Our Sunday morning worship will be shared via Webex **

Our main Sunday service with choir and organ, with hymns traditional and modern. We sing many parts of the service together. Children come in for the first part of the service, then leave to enjoy Children's Church, before returning in time to join the adult congregation for communion or a blessing. Following the service there is tea and coffee, and often cake, in the church hall.
