St Michael's Church, Headingley, is an open and inclusive Anglican parish church which welcomes people of all nationalities and backgrounds.
It has a strong spiritual tradition of prayer and worship which is centered on the Eucharist or Holy Communion. The church seeks to give people space to both question and to try to understand the meaning of religious faith. This is done in the
context of both the church's worship and also of people's own life experiences in the present-day world.
The church has a strong choir, which sings at Sunday services. There is a regular programme of silent meditations, group discussions, and social activities and excursions.

A said service of Holy Communion in the Lady Chapel.
Every second and fourth Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour
The principal Sunday celebration of the Eucharist with choir and sermon. Followed by tea and coffee in the Parish Hall.
Every first third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Holy Communion, with choir and short address. Followed by tea and coffee in the Parish Hall.
Every second Sunday at 10:00 AM for ¾ hour
A said service of Holy Communion in the Lady Chapel.
Every Sunday at 12:30 PM for ½ hour
Evening Prayer, with choir and sermon, is sung in the Lady Chapel. Followed by tea and coffee in church.
Every Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour
Wednesday
Readings, psalms and prayers to begin the day.
Every Wednesday at 9:30 AM for 20 minutes
in the Lady Chapel. Refreshements are available in the Parish Hall afterwards.
Every Wednesday at 10:30 AM for ½ hour
Thursday
in the Lady Chapel.
Every Thursday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour
Friday
Readings, psalms and prayers to begin the day.
Every Friday at 9:30 AM for 20 minutes
