Welcome to the A Church Near You Helpdesk.
The helpdesk includes articles and advice to help you use the site and you can also submit a support ticket to the A Church Near You team.
Please do not submit a support query unless you have established that your problem is not answered in one of the helpdesk articles.
How to Submit a Support Query
You do not need to register or login to submit a query.
Click "Submit a ticket"
If possible please tell us your venue number (shown on the "More Info" tab of your church page) or its URL / web address when reporting a problem. We cannot deal with issues without knowing where to look!
Please note that the administrators of A Church Near You won't update individual church entries on your behalf.
If we don't hear from you for a week after we respond to a ticket, we'll assume everything is ok and we will close your ticket.
