A friendly church in an attractive Norfolk village. The interior of this medieval church has been imaginatively re-ordered to provide a light, open and flexible setting for worship and other events.
The internal conversion of the C 14th tower is particularly creative and includes a spiral staircase and balcony.
Historical fixtures include an attractively carved C 15th font, an ancient'piscina' (stone basin) uncovered during refurbishment in 1986, and an C18th weathervane.
A visitor's guide, covering the whole of the Hempnall Group, is on sale in the church, and a Church Trail is available for younger visitors.
