NEW PUBLICATION Islip, Oxfordshire: from Edward the Confessor to the 21st Century

In April 2007 a 44 page 4 colour booklet, describing the village of Islip from Saxon times through the Middle Ages, Civil War, its 18th century inns, shops and markets and famous people - Edward the Confessor, William Buckland, James Halliwell-Phillips, and Robert Graves - will be published.
