The earliest reference to King's Sutton is in the story of S Rumbold, who was born here in 662. The building has Norman elements and was comnpleted in the 14thC. It's finest feature is the tower and spire, rising to 198'. It is one of the finest spires in the country.
The Church has been in the ASnglo-Catholic tradition since the late 19thC. The PCC has passed Resolutions ABC and the parish is in the care of the Bishop of Richborough. All are welcome whatever their views on these matters.
There are varieties of services, but most are formal, traditional in style with excellent music.

Step back in time! Step back in time as performers appear in period costume, and concerts are enlivened by street ballads, dance tunes, airs and rounds as well as readings from diarists and poets. Mozart’s Coronation Mass and anthems used at the Coronation of Elizabeth II - Zadok the Priest - Handel, I was glad - Parry Performed by a choir assembled on the day Conductor: Stuart Hubble Entry free, donations invited. There is an afternoon rehearsal at 3pm for singers (cost £5), followed by the performance at 7pm. Scores will be available to hire (£2).
