Lammas: St Andrew

Welcome to our church page. We offer a traditional service using the Book of Common Prayer. Our service of Holy Communion is said and our Evening Prayer service is sung with hymns.

We are positioned alongside the River Bure which provides a beautiful setting and an attraction for weddings and events. The Church building is medieval with Victorian restoration. It is built of flint with limestone facings and a timber and tiled roof. The tower contains 5 bells. The noticeable feature is the ‘weep’ on the chancel of about 15 degrees out of true.

To find us on The Street (we are tucked away), turn in to the drive with the iron gates by the post box.

Please note that unfortunately we do not have toilet facilities.

We hope to see you at one of our services or perhaps you just want to visit this lovely place.
