We gather on the Village Green with the Cross
for a short service of hymns, readings and prayer

Annual Pilgrimage
We start our annual pilgrimage to St Albans Abbey with prayers at Little Gaddesden at 0800, walking first to Great Gaddesden, and leaving there at about 0900 continuing along the footpaths across the fields to St Albans. There we join with pilgrims from across the DIocese and process into the Abbey at 1430 for a celebratory Easter service.
We walk in total about 14 miles, stopping en route for lunch, so bring your picnic, and your dog - come and join us in this wonderful annual event!
