Long Riston Parish Church is dedicated to St Margaret of Antioch. There is a varied collection of 19th and 20th century stained glass, the latest addition marking the Millennium.
The building stands in the middle of a large churchyard. Its situation limits the range of facilities we are able to offer. There is a good road to the churchyard gate, but from there you walk on the grass.
As a church we are proud to be associated with our local village school, Riston Church of England Primary School. School services and events in church are always lively occasions.
Our Sunday services attract people of all ages. Children are encouraged to attend and take part. The atmosphere is relaxed but we take the dignity of worship seriously.
Beginning in July 2009 we have started to serve hot and cold drinks after some services. We are always pleased to see, welcome and learn about visitors.
