The church of St. Mark is situated at the junction of Portland Street and Old Nottingham Road, almost opposite Mansfield Town FC. The Victorian church, designed by Temple Moore, is a grade 11* listed building, consecrated in 1897. Music forms an integral part of our Anglican Catholic worship. Our choir, under the leadership of an enthusiastic organist and director is of a very high standard. Sunday Eucharist is the focal point of our worship, during which, the younger members meet in the church hall for teaching and join the congregation for communion. Other services include weekday masses, Choral Evensong and family services. There are also active youth organisations such as Boys Brigade and Guides closely linked to the church.
