The Epiphany is on a 1955 Housing Estate of Council Tenants and perhaps 50% owner occupiers now. The Church Hall is well used for community activities. It is the home of the Epiphany Project - activities for those with mental health problems or learning disabilities. A Community Worker is in post to initiate planning and implementing community projects. Two sheltered housing units of flats, one primary school and one youth centre are situated in this part of parish.
