St Andrew's is the Parish Church of Moulsecoomb,
Brighton.The Parish is situated on the northern
edge of Brighton and between the Universities of
Brighton and Sussex,is predominantly residential but contains 3 small industrial estates.With a population of approximately 25,000 situated amidst
the beautiful South Downs.
The present Church of St Andrew's Moulsecoomb was
built in the early 1930's. It is Liberal Catholic
with incense.There is a Choir and Servers and a
Junior Church.There is a strong link with the
community with monthly Community Leaders lunches
and also the clergy team have strong links with
the local schools.There is also a Church Hall
which has been redeveloped recently and is a
meeting place for a local Boy's Brigade Company
and also St Andrew's Fellowship meets monthly in
the hall.
St Andrew's Church organises social events
throughout the year.
St Andrew's always warmly welcomes visitors and
has refreshments after the service every Sunday.
