Experiencing church can be a bit daunting, kind of like your first day at a new job. So at St James’s, we go out of our way to try to be an informal, friendly, church that will connect with your daily life.
At St James’s you’ll find people of all ages, all walks of life and from many different nations. Chances are, there will be someone very similar to you.
We've an exciting and growing Kids Church on a Sunday morning, and lots of groups and activities for adults and children throughout the week.
We regularly run groups for people wanting to know more about following Jesus; and there also lots of activities for existing Christians who want to grow in their discipleship.

Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Monday
Informal time to meet together for prayer in a home
Every third Monday at 10:00 AM
Women's social and craft group
Every first Monday at 8:00 PM
Tuesday
For toddlers accompanied by parents / carers
Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM for 2 hours
Activities for kids in school years 2-6. Base Camp (for boys) and Girlz Only in alternate weeks.
Tuesday at 5:30 PM for 1½ hours
Wednesday
Church open for quiet prayer or social time
Every Wednesday at 10:30 AM for 2 hours
Childrens activity for 5-7 year old girls
Every Wednesday at 5:00 PM for 1 hour
Thursday
For toddlers accompanied by parents / carers. Term time only.
Every Thursday at 1:30 PM for 1½ hours
Saturday
Men meet for a cholesterol-enhancing breakfast and faith-enhancing study.
Alternate saturdays. Saturday at 8:00 AM
