Mini Music provides a structured environment for pre-school children to explore the wonderful world of music with their carers. The children enjoy learning new songs and rhymes, as well as having fun with well-known tunes. They have the chance to sing silly songs and laugh at 'Lycra Time', discover what singing surprises are hiding in the Magic Bag, and have the opportunity to play instruments and feel the beat in their bodies!

Because of the nature of this group, numbers are limited to allow the children space and adult attention to respond musically. Children get the most out of Mini Music if they can work one to one with a carer or parent - unfortunately it is not possible to cater for more than two children per adult.

There are two Mini Music sessions each Friday during term time, 10.00 am to 11.00 am and 10.45 am to 11.45 am - the two groups join up for refreshments at 10.45. Tea or coffee and biscuits are provided for adults, and juice and biscuits for the children. The cost of each session is £2 per family and needs to be booked in advance.
