People have been worshipping God in our beautiful Church for nearly 1000 years. Today at St Mary's, we seek to be a friendly and welcoming community. We hope that all those who join us will find that our essentially traditional worship is both joyful and accessible to all ages. We value sharing Holy Communion together, but equally, we emphasise the importance of God's word for us today. Above all we want to be a pilgrim community; a Church committed to "Sharing Life in North Leigh".
As well as our regular Sunday services we meet to pray for the Church and for our community at our monthly Village Prayers. There is also a well established Guild of St Raphael who meet once a month to pray for healing.
In cooperation with our Methodist partners and others we play our part in a thriving network of small groups who meet for regular Bible study and fellowship.
St Mary's Church supports the work of North Leigh Youth Project which holds community youth sessions on Tuesday and Friday evenings during term time.
