If you are looking for a faith that works and a loving family, then come and see what God is doing amongst us at St Helen's, Ore. We are a lively family of Christians in north-east Hastings, who aim to serve the town and the world in the name of Jesus.
What is our vision/mission?
Our vision is to be a healing community, loving like Jesus; growing His Kingdom in our families, church life, town, nation and world.
The life of the 3 congregations, St Helen's, St Barnabas and Messy Church, and the work of the Parish, are overseen by an Eldership team and our elected PCC. We belong to the Anglican Diocese of Chichester.
You can find out more about us from our website www.sthelens-ore.org.uk, but please do just visit! You will receive a warm welcome, great fellowship, uplifting worship, Biblical teaching all in the presence of an awesome and loving God. We meet every Sunday at 10.30am, and share Holy Communion together on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month. Our sung worship is led by a band, and our services are very informal!
Refreshments are served in the church hall after the service.
We have Kids Church that meets each Sunday (except during school holidays), with a creche for age 0-3; Little Saints for 4 - 8; RS1 for 9 - 12 and RS2 for 13+. Children can expect to have fun playing games and learning about God in a relevant way.
There is no dress code! Just wear something comfortable!
We look forward to seeing you!
