Holy Trinity Over Worton is an INCLUSIVE CHURCH united with St James Nether Worton, and pastorally associated with Great Tew and Little Tew. Set on the edge of a quiet valley, this church serves a small but strong and faithful community. The building is medieval, but was substantially renovated in the Victorian period. John Henry Newman preached his first sermon here. Visitors are welcome at all services. The church is open for prayer and meditation. There is a paved path from the road up to the church, and there is wheel-chair access by ramps: but the outer ramp needs to be placed before use. On Sundays and special services this will be done as required, but during the week those in wheelchairs should be accompanied.
