St George’s Mission Statement
Our Church believes in sharing the good news of Christ by showing his love and compassion in the community and in the wider world, through worship, prayer, teaching and nurture.
St George’s Mission Prayer
Loving God, give us a living faith enabling us to make a difference in the world, using the gifts you have given us.
Showing the love and compassion of your Son, let us build up your Church in this community, by living as you would have us live.
For ever focused on you, help us to develop and sustain a sacred centre, make disciples in Jesus’ name and build a living Christian community.
We pray this in faith, remembering that your Holy Spirit is with us.
Amen
